• In charge of the entire branch sales, operations and administration
• Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.
• Ensure branch achieve the targets, motivate and guide the team.
• New to branch customer acquisition, building the Asset under management of the branch, driving sales of debentures, insurance, tour and travel products.
• Key custodian, ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.
• Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.
• Market scoping, understand the trends in the market and act accordingly
