Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
• Create lead generation campaigns to drive business growth.
• Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Content & Social Media Marketing
• Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging digital content.
Analytics & Performance Measurement
• Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools to track and report campaign performance.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business Analytics.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in financial services, fintech, or NBFC marketing is preferred.
• Certifications: Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint certification is an advantage.
